Ordering & Delivery

Ordering:

Please order as soon as possible as we tend to be fully booked in advance, you will see a calendar on the check out to select your delivery date.
You can place your order up to 6 months in advance.
We can only make a limited number of cakes per day, please order yours as soon as possible to avoid dissapointments.
96% of our orders arrive on the delivery date selected, but some get delayed and will arrive the following day, please place your order now for delivery 1or preferibly 2 days before your event.

Delivery:

We are based in London but deliver anywhere in Mainland UK
All our cakes come with free delivery Tuesday to Friday and £16 on Saturdays
Our cakes remain fresh for up to 5 days from the delivery date.
We deliver between 8am and 6pm, you will receive an email with the tracking details and you will be able to see a shorter delivery window.
We recommend to select a delivery date at least 1 or preferably 2 days before your event. 95% of our orders arrive on the day requested but some will arrive the day after, please order accordingly. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday between 8am - 5pm. (Please note that if you order for Saturday and the cake is delayed it will not arrive until Monday as we do not deliver on Saturdays) please make sure you order with plenty of time before your event. If you are celebrating in the morning please order for delivery 2 days before.

Choosing a Delivery Date

How should I choose my delivery date?

There will be a calendar on the checkout to select your preferred delivery date.

You should select a delivery date which is 1 day or preferably 2 before your event, please see examples below but you must also consider the time of your event. Our cakes will last for 5 days from delivery therefore you must order for delivery in advance. 96% of our orders arrive on the day selected but 4% will be delayed and will arrive the day after anytime between 9am - 6pm which means that if it's delayed you will be getting the cake the following day up to 6pm.

Please note that if you are planning to cut the cake in the morning you should place the order and select a delivery date that is 2 days before your event.

The examples below are based on an evening event.

If you are cutting the cake on Monday Evening you should order for Saturday (week before)

If you are cutting the cake on Tuesday Evening you could order for Saturday or Tuesday.

If you are cutting the cake on Wednesday Evening you should order for Tuesday

If you are cutting the cake on Thursday Evening you should order for Wednesday

If you are cutting the cake on Friday Evening you should order for Thursday

If you are cutting the cake on Saturday Evening you should order for Friday

If you are cutting the cake on Sunday you should order for Friday

Design info

All our cakes come in a premium delivery box that has been designed to deliver our cakes safely, inside the box you will find 2 different boxes, one for the cake and smaller one for the decorations, it will take a minute to put the decorations on top of the cake as per the product picture.

All our cakes are 100% handcrafted, you can expect up to 95% match on the design of the cake compared to the product picture. Our team works tirelessly to match every single design as much as possible and the vast majority of our customers are extremely happy with the product but please be aware that this is a handmade product so it may vary slightly. Please note that the cake design will be adjusted to the size of your order and the board is always the same size which is 12 inches.

Size

We offer 2 cake sizes: 8" (20 cms) and 10" (25.5 cms) in diameter and all cakes are 3.5" (9.5 cms) tall. All cakes come on a board that is generally 2 inches bigger than the cake size.

Our 8" (1 tier) cakes serve 10 Large or 20 Small slices

Our 10" (1 tier) cakes serve 15 Large or 30 Small slices

Our 8" + 10" (2 tier) cakes serve 25 Large or 50 Small slices

A Large Slice (220g) is your standard cake slice which is perfect if you are only serving cake and not other desserts (approx size: 2” x 1” x 4”).

The Small Slice (110 g), it’s half of the large slice and is what you traditionally see served in birthday parties, weddings and special occasions (approx: 1” x 1” x 4”)

All our cakes are vegetarian and naturally suitable for halal diets.
